DJStudios uses a wide variety of materials within the arts industry. Our molds are r outinely made with urethane and silicone mold rubbers and supported with fiberglass shells. We cast parts in plaster, cement, rigid and soft urethane foam, epoxy, Forton, polyester blends and fiberglass reinforced polyester to name a few. DJStudios also offers casting in bonded metals as well as spray applied metallic finishes on most any surface.  When a project requires unique materials or special characteristics, we will find the appropriate material for the job. We have a large shop with an expansive array of equipment and tools that enable us to get the job done quickly and professionally and the room needed to take on large projects as well as small. We are capable of doing very large runs with lengthy deadlines and also single item projects with tight deadlines. DJStudios understands that deadlines are the bottom line.
